    Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, 10 AM EST - 5 PM EST. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

    SHIPPING

    Shipping rates are calculated and applied at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Rates are based on your location.

    Once your order has shipped (as outlined in the timeline on the product page), you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery and know exactly when it will arrive.

    Orders are typically shipped Monday – Friday or delivered directly by VCycene team members if the destination is within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

    We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.

  • Return Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, contact the VCycene team at support@virgohome.io to clarify the reason for returning.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@virgohome.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3600 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON L3R 9Z7.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Customs duties are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    At this time, we cover the cost of return shipping.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
