Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, contact the VCycene team at support@virgohome.io to clarify the reason for the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@virgohome.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3600 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON L3R 9Z7.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customs duties are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

A $50 CAD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including orders placed through financing, leasing, buy-now-pay-later (BNPL), or subscription payment plans. VCycene Inc. does not provide prepaid return shipping labels, and all approved returns must be shipped to our facility at the customer's expense in accordance with the return instructions provided by our support team. If the return is due to a verified product defect, warranty issue, shipping damage, or another issue approved by VCycene Inc. at its sole discretion, the restocking fee and/or return shipping costs may be waived or covered by VCycene Inc.
