Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, 10 AM EST - 5 PM EST. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

By placing your order, you acknowledge that this is a pre-order item with an estimated July 2026 shipping date and that a signature may be required upon delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated and applied at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Rates are based on your location.

Once your order has shipped (as outlined in the timeline on the product page), you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery and know exactly when it will arrive.

Orders are typically shipped Monday – Friday or delivered directly by VCycene team members if the destination is within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.

US Customs & Import Duties

New purchases (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid): Orders shipped to the United States are shipped DDU. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery by the carrier. These charges are separate from your purchase price and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. LILA has no control over these charges.

Warranty replacements & replacement parts (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid): We cover all duties and taxes on replacement units and replacement parts shipped to US customers. You will not be charged additional fees for warranty or support replacements.
